  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic Pets?
    Cats & Dogs. No exotic pets.
  2. How many pets may I have?
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees or monthly charges to have a pet?
    There is a $300.00 non-refundable fee per pet with a $20.00 monthly fee per pet.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Your drivers license or a valid ID
  5. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    3x monthly rent, current job, good credit, no criminal history
  6. What is acceptable "proof of income" to sign a lease?
    Pay stub
  7. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    Your deposit will be refunded.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, if lease terms are met or not qualified.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    We require a 30-day notice. Termination fee is equal to one month's rent.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    12 months
  13. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, with additional fees.
  14. Am I required to have renters' insurance?

    Online or report it to the office.

    The 1st of the month.

  21. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, online.
  22. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, with notification to the office.

    Some are available
  24. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    In the parking area.
  25. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
