Are there any deposits, special fees or monthly charges to have a pet?
There is a $300.00 non-refundable fee per pet with a $20.00 monthly fee per pet.
What are the income and credit qualifications?
3x monthly rent, current job, good credit, no criminal history.
What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Your deposit will be refunded.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
We require a 30-day notice. Termination fee is equal to one month’s rent.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Online or report it to the office.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, with notification to the office.
Do you have a reserved parking?
There is covered reserved, non-covered reserved, and free parking available.
How is your property different from the competition?
It is newly renovated and features unique floor plans.
